Classercise for Family Fitness
Classercise is a dynamic exercise and fitness program designed for all ages, combining structured movement with an easy-to-follow, class-style format. Originally created for use in classroom settings, Classercise has expanded to support adults exercising at home as well, making it adaptable for schools, group spaces, and home environments.
The program focuses on functional movement, fitness, and overall wellness, allowing participants to stay active whether they are learning in a classroom or working out independently at home.
With 25 years of teaching experience and over 40 years leading aerobics classes, TJ Griffith is well-qualified to lead, support, and motivate students—not only to actively participate in class activities but also to understand the importance of maintaining healthy habits beyond the classroom. Additionally, her background in personal training across all age groups has strengthened her ability to provide individualized support and adapt workouts to suit a range of fitness levels.
